Outstanding Crushing Capacity
The use of a large diameter, short stroke
cylinder provides enormous crushing powers through the entire jaw
closing cycle. The cylinder rod is protected by cover, which minimizes
the risk of rod damage.
Wide Jaw Openings
Because the OSC crushers have
the widest jaw openings in their class (28"/715mm on OSC51V, and
34" /865mm on OSC-81V), even large chunk of concrete can be
processed. The pin geometry on these units improve visibility
and maneuverability, and further increases productivity.
Wear-Resistance Crushing
Teeth The OSC Crushing teeth have a unique
wedge shape and are made of special abrasion resistant steel.
Wear is greatly reduced.
Speed valve is Standard
The OSC machines
are equipped with a speed valve. In the past, larger, more
powerful cylinders meant slower cycle time. Now, the speed
valve activation decreases cycles time by 40%. Increased cycle
speed means greater productivity.

OSC-RD series OSC Pulverizer (for Road Demolition) OSC-50RD/OSC-80RD
 
The mounting bracket is location with an optimum angle for the
excavator's bucket link motion so as to easily lift up and crush
the road pavement.
The cross-hatch holes in the lower arm is free from jamming
because of the trapezoidal shape of the holes whose outer dimension
is larger than the inner dimension.
The pivot area of the jaws is the place where sticky asphalt is
normally adhered because the asphalt is compressed by the strong
arm closing force. OSC-RD series has the pushing wedges which push
out the asphalt through the open holes in the pivot area.
As the steel bar cutter is equipped as standard to cut through
the steel bars contained in contained in concrete pavement.
Replaceable point teeth
OSC-RD employ the enhanced wearing layer typed ESCO super conical point for the point teeth at the tip of the forks. The point teeth can easily be replaced because of the lock pin and rubber pin lock system.
